All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment received, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
This includes — but is not limited to — buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, delayed shipping, changes in personal research plans, or any dissatisfaction with the product.
At checkout you must explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy before your order can be submitted. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the no-return, no-refund terms in full.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Resolution, if any, is at Iron Suppliers' sole discretion.
